How long does setup and breakdown take?
Our professional technicians arrive 60 minutes before your start time to handle everything! We then pack down in 15–20 minutes after the last guest leaves, working quietly in the background so your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Do you serve my area, and what about travel fees?
We cover the whole UK (and even beyond, by request!). Your package already includes travel up to 100 miles from us — no hidden fees, ever. For events a little farther out, we just add a small, transparent travel fee to cover the extra journey. You’ll always see this clearly upfront during booking, so there are no surprises. Not sure if your venue is within range? Just pop us a message on live chat — we’ll be happy to check for you!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you’ve set your date, ideally 4–6 weeks before to secure your slot (especially for weekends). Dates fill up fast, but no matter how soon your event is, reach out anyway—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Will my guests know how to use the booth?
Our interface is ultra-intuitive: One tap of the screen and your photos are being taken! Your assigned technician will run you through it but we promise it is the most simple photo booth interface in the world!
How much will this cost me?
We have packages from as little as £275. The price you see on your quote or proposal is the total price you will pay! We may charge a small travel fee depending on the location of your venue. Reach out on live chat with your venue post code to get an instant reply on what the fee will be. Any travel fees will be added after you place your booking
