The Snap Booth Experience starts from £295 for 2 hours. Because we’re based locally, there are never any travel charges for Bicester events. We’ve set up at most of the popular venues in and around Bicester—Stratton Court Barn, Tythe Barn in Launton, Bicester Hotel Golf & Spa, Manor Farm Barn, and many private homes and community venues. If you’re using a venue we haven’t been to before, we’re always happy to do a site visit.

Most Bicester events run the booth from 7pm onwards. This tends to be when the formalities finish and guests are ready to have fun. We arrive about an hour before your start time to get everything set up and tested. For barn weddings at venues like Stratton Court or Tythe, we often recommend a 4-hour package to catch the full evening reception.

Everything comes as standard: unlimited prints, instant SMS/email sharing, a keepsake guest book, quality props, your choice of backdrop, a personalised photo template, and a complete online gallery delivered the next morning. Absolutely—barn venues are our bread and butter. Both the Selfie Pod and Retro Pod are modular, so we can navigate narrow doorways, uneven floors, and the access challenges that come with historic buildings. We’ve done it countless times at local barns.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks before your event to secure your date. For popular dates (summer Saturdays, December), booking earlier is wise as these fill up quickly. Being local means we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice bookings when our schedule allows—just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
